What I wore - Stripes + jumpsuit

This is another copycat outfit from Kendieveryday, [at least the wide-leg jumpsuit]. Yes, you got that right, that actually is a jumpsuit and not pants, i wore a striped tee on top and make it work as pants just like Kendi's, I ditched the blazer as it was a little too warm for that day.

Wide-leg jumpsuits!

So that's how they call it! I didn't quite know at first what they were when I chanced upon them, it's like a MAXI dress but they're pants instead of dress so, I thought maybe they're called jumpsuits!

I bought 2 of them (orange and blue) last summer and sadly, up until this moment, I haven't worn any of them, yet! (Update: i've worn the orange one, see here). So, imagine my excitement when I realized that jumpsuits are still 'big' in style this fall, so I get a second chance!

I recently googled some for outfit inspiration and what do you know, I gathered a huge selection coz they are everywhere in blogosphere, every fashion and style blogs I found - they're there! So please bear with me as this post is pic-heavy, as usual! But hey, admit it, you're here for the pictures, right?

They're cute and all, but the bad side of those is that you gotta pull the whole thing down when you need to, you know, and you’re like fully naked when you’re sitting on that toilet!
There goes the dilemma of taking off my entire outfit just to pee!
Oh, the trouble you go through for fashion's sake!

What I wore -- Date with the hubs!

Hubs and I have been married for a little over 13 years and when you've been married that long, chances of the two of you getting some quality alone time is getting few and far between... Not for us, we both decided we will have some quality couple time whenever we get the chance, it's fun and healthy for the relationship... and we discovered we really love spending time with each other!

...and now that we have an almost teenager of a son who, everytime we have to go out declares he'd rather stay home than be seen in public with mom and dad [ouch! that hurts!], we get lots and lots of alone time and date days, well, if you consider running errands as a date!

What I wore:
Black tube jumpsuit
Pink cardigan
Yellow wedge sandals/Coral peeptoe pumps from Bershka [didn't buy]
Yellow cross-body bag
Pink bead necklace
Hubby's watch

BTW, how do you find the large pictures? Do you like them or is it just too much? I'd love to hear from you...

The one I'm talking about....

Remember the coral/orange wide-leg tube jumpsuit in this post? Well, it finally seen the light of day, woot woot!

It finally got a FALL debut last Wednesday (Oct. 5) when we ate lunch out for my advanced birthday celebration... I liked that the color (it's a toss between orange and coral) was really fall-ish since It's already fall yet it's so comfy and breezy for a warm afternoon stroll. I had to add a cropped denim jacket because it was cool in the morning we stepped out...

I also wore this belt and this brown wedge, also seen worn here with the green rompers..

My inspirations:

Sofia Vergara
Paris Hilton

Orange you glad

I have a new orange maxi dress/jumpsuit (read here) which I have no idea how to accessorize and what color to complement it with...

After doing some research, I found these for inspirations...
I would have never thought to pair blue with orange! I didn't know it would go so well together!

I have some ideas in my mind already, i got some blue accessories that I think might work, ohhh so excited!

Also found this outfit of Mischa Barton which is just right within the theme of orange and blue combo...

What I Wore - Floral Jumpsuit

Occasion - Indoor photoshoot

What I wore:
Floral jumpsuit [from last summer]
Hot pink slim belt, to highlight/define my waist
Tan wedge, see here
I accessorized with gold -- filigree earrings, stacked bangles and black cocktail ring

After looking at the photo, i realized that the shoes i was wearing doesn't go well with the whole outfit... I was thinking my new black wedge would have looked better! Oh well, one of those fashion faux pas we sometimes commit, lol!
See, i'm also not perfect ;-)

And how would you feel when you see a local celebrity wearing the
exact same outfit you're wearing?

Credit goes to my awesome photographer, my hubs =)

ROMPER Stompin'!

I never really consider myself a romper kind of girl... but after seeing it as the 'outfit of the season' this sweltering heat of summer, it eventually grew on me.... and a 'love affair' between rompers and me started...

I love it because it's so comfortable... and you don't have to worry about
mismatched top and bottom.
The only challenge is when you need to go to the bathroom! *wink*

You can say it was 'love at first sight'!

That's a sign, right? You just cannot pass that one up!
