Dressing up for SPRING!

SPRING is probably my most favorite season! It's always so fun to shop, 

lots of patterns (polka dots, stripes, paisleys, florals etc.) and colors (brights, pastels), really saying goodbye to blacks and grays of winter, lots or fun accessories too, 

which makes me happy!

What I wore: Jean jacket + yellow skinnies (late post)

The white printed tank top was a 'just cause'/no occassion gift from the hubs, just 'cause he liked it and just 'cause he love me ;-) I'll keep him!

(it was from the girls' section at Zara!) Yes, I get my clothes from the kids' section ;-)

What I've been wearing: Denim jacket for summer

Yes, you read that right... I've recently purchased a denim 3/4 jacket and I'm constantly wearing them... I know it's summer but the weather here is like fall, gray skies, gloomy and cool, just perfect for my jacket!

So far, I've worn it three times this week:

I wore it over my black tank dress with statement necklaces and cuffs...

I wore it over my short green summer dress (H&M)...

And over a maxi dress (which I'm lovin'!)...

What I wore - Stripes.... yet again

It's the weekend and I am so loving the weather! 

In case you haven't noticed, i've been dressing up a lot lately because the weather is so lovely, it inspires me... and I have been wearing stripes lately too!

Note to self: The mirror really needs cleaning - now!

I was also 'smitten' by her two-toned necklace so I decided to do a little DIY necklace which I wore in our recent family photoshoot...

I really love my --- cropped denim jacket!

I just love it when you can get so much out of one article of clothing!

My cropped denim jacket has been a staple item during the colder months, I've worn it with dresses - minis and maxis, tunics, shorts, leggings you name it! And it always worked with almost everything, don't you just love when that happens?
