Currently obsessing - Leather jacket and flowy pleated dress

I'm seeing lots of these lately and I'm currently obsessed as I have these items in my closet - leather jacket and flowy pleated maxi dress.... I plan to wear them when the weather permits... I hope NYE is not as cold as christmas eve was...

I was planning to wear a maxi dress and chunky sweater for Christmas eve but two days before Christmas, it got really cold and I had to resort to Plan B (as if there was one)...

Well, Plan B apparently was this outfit, everything's old but this was the warmest I got... so I had to settle!

What I wore:

Leather jacket (Zara) - borrowed from my son =)

Pink chunky turtleneck sweater

Ruffly black skirt, seen here

Brown suede boots, also worn here

The day after Gabe's birthday celebration, the whole fam slept in until noon, we stayed up until 2 in the morning and didn't sleep until almost 5 in the morning... We woke up with nothing to do so we decided to go to the shops to buy DVD's and this is what I wore... Perfectly fine weather, not too cold I was able to wear ripped jeans and my new peeptoe wedge booties and leopard-print scarf also worn here.

What I wore - trip to IKEA

It's crazy cold here right now and it's getting hard to get dressed or to even get up in the morning for that matter... So basically, for like everyday, I just stay in my PJ's or sweats with up to the knee socks and warm, comfy hoodie to make me feel warm... But I'm not gonna show you that look, no way haha!

This is when we went to IKEA yesterday, it was around 11 degress Celsius at noon, with cold wind blowing, my face turned soo dry it's almost close to cracking, I hate when that happens...

 I was wearing black turtleneck sweater inside my H&M trench coat and I also got to wear my animal print scarf for the first time! Wearing my 1-yr. old boots and mustard yellow bag for just a pop of color for winter....

What I wore -- Jeggings with belt!

I experimented with my outfit today and bravely tucked my white tuxedo top in my jeggings and wore my favorite wide brown belt... I don't like it when I first saw it in pictures but this outfit eventually grew on me...

I also love that my new shoes and very old cardi are the same colors...

You see, I was inspired with these two outfits and was trying to work around these color palette...

Happy Monday!

My new hot pink skinnies finally got it's FALL/WINTER debut! Yay!

I actually waited for the colored skinnies to go on sale at summer's end so I could get a good deal of 'em coz you know what they say about spending too much money on some trends, not wise, cause it's sure to go as fast as it came... I made it my life's motto, lol... Yeah, hard times does that to you!

I bought 2 (one cobalt blue and this one), I actually wanted to buy one in every color but self-control prevailed... But now, I'm itching to buy one more -- the yellow one to wear with my black & white stripe top and new gray sweater...
