WEDGES --- My fave shoes of all time!

I'm not sure if you noticed but i'm significantly short, so it is not surprising

that I resort to wearing heels and sometimes sacrifice my own comfort

just for added height...  and LONGER LEGS!

 

Thankfully, there's this thing called WEDGES and I'm not afraid to say

I'm very partial with them ;-)

I buy anything wedge-heeled, be it boots (i got 3), flipflops, peeptoes, sandals etc...

I have  amassed quite a few, i call it my mini wedge-shoe collection....

Seriously! It's already an addiction...

And why not? They are definitely easier to walk in than stillettos, I can walk miles in them with ease and they look cute with just about anything,

be it jeans, skirts, dresses and even shorts!

Too-short a skirt?



denim minis + ruffly skirt



I bought this denim minis last fall without trying it on, (what? i know, who does that right?) Although the fit at the waist was fine, i find it too short for comfort :-(

...but i'm not willing to part with it without any last-ditch effort... so, i attempted to rescue it from being dumped at the 'to give' box by wearing it with another skirt underneath (i had a ruffly black skirt which is perfect!)

What do you think? Still too short? Leggings to the rescue?
